I was passed on the right after the right lane ended by one of your buses on I-35 northbound today 10/28/17. I had to slam my brakes on this semi to stop from hitting them. I would never ride in one of your buses. If your driver has no more concern for the people that were riding that bus then maybe you should be shut down.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Driver indicted for DWI. Our Boy Scout Troop used OK Tours to drive us to Georgia two years ago. We had previously had a bad experience with one of their drivers and requested he not drive our kids on this particular trip. Yet, this same driver was there on the 2nd leg of our trip home. His driving continued to get worse as he drove. Long story short, he was finally arrested and charged with 52 counts of DWI with a minor. Two years later, the court case is finally over and he's now a convicted felon who will not be driving a bus ever again. Not once during this time has OK Tours taken any sort of responsibility or returned any payments made even though they did not get us home safely. We have scouts who will never be able to get on a bus again without checking to see if the driver seems sober. (Bus on trip to Georgia also broke down leaving us with 50+ scouts stuck in a parking lot.) OK Tours may be cheaper, but it is not worth the money you will save!
I recently took a tour and I had a blast! There was a lot to learn and the tour guide Marcos helped me keep up pretty well. The customer service until the time I met Marcos was wonderful. I took the tour through Los Angeles and I enjoyed the sight seeing a lot, considering I work at a desk. It was a big change for me. I will be going again.
My wife and I recently when on this Tour Bus and it was extremely refreshing. Everyone was kind, it was spacious, and there was a lot going on. We wanted a change in scenery and decided we would do a tour last minute to see what it would be like. This was our first tour and I am GLAD it was with a company like this, because if might have deterred us from ever trying it again. We will be using this service again guaranteed. 2 thumbs up!
I have been on a few bus trips from San Antonio to Coushatta Casino. I don't remember which company for previous trips, but if I go again, will make sure it is with OK TOURS. The bus was comfortable & the driver made sure we had all information needed. The driver or as I would like to call him, the Captain of our ship, was THE BEST! Captain Mark Cain was definitely the best bus driver ever! His driving skills were evident from the get go & I can honestly say, I felt confident and knew that he would get us there safe & sound (a major consideration for bus travel these days). So take away is: Request Mark Cain for your trips & you will be a happy traveler. And OK TOURS: Mark is deserving of whatever raises he is eligible for. Do whatever you need to do to keep him!!
