I had been going to Boeau Belle Salon & Spa for years for my eyebrow threading. It was good at first, but then I had to stop going recently because my most recent visit caused my eyebrows to be shaped incorrectly and gaps. Unfortunately, this happened on several occasions and with different women doing my eyebrows. Though I like that they accept walk-ins, you never really know how your eyebrows are going to come out until you get them done. It is also not a good sign if I have to constantly keep going home to fix my eyebrows AFTER I get them threaded at this salon. I will never be going back.
I was lucky enough to get seen by Krystal, she was super informative and gave me a great cut! Will definitely make an appointment with her again!
I've never been to an Aveda salon quite like this. I'm in love with my color, but more importantly the service I received. Highly recommend coming to this salon. Come see Krystal.
I was recommended this place. I called to make an appointment the women that answered told me their system was down that if I could call back a little later or maybe tomorrow. I asked what time they closed so I could call back. She said 9pm. Normal call very polite. I call back a couple hours later just to see if their system was up. Same woman answers and I say "hi I wanted to see about making an appointment, is your system up?" The woman replies "no sir, when I said call back a little later I meant in a day or two" So rude. So rude. Very upsetting
The waxing services are 5 stars but i rate the salon 2 because they have cancelled my appointment 2 times for the same reason, being the front desk cant make an appointment right. The employees put me on hold and forget about me and are very "airheaded". They Don't know what they are doing.
