I went into this salon with a beautiful balayage that I had done somewhere else, and I simply asked Image Makers to fill it in because I was wanting a Balayage ombré. **I had virgin hair besides what was already bleached** I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they assured me that they would be able to do it and that it would look great... well they were sadly mistaken. I could have done so much better at home with my eyes closed. After 6 hours at this salon, the end result was hideous. My balayage was gone. I had horizontal lines everywhere!!! And my hair is now FOUR COLORS... I don't even know how that is achievable... Brown roots, orange demarcation, blonde and platinum "highlights"... I was reassured that the orange would come out with purple shampoo, but it didn't. So if that wasn't bad enough, because my hair was so tightly curled at the salon, I straightened my hair at home only to find out that huge chunks are way off. Half of my hair was taken way higher than the other half because two different girls were working on my hair to "save time."
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! With the high rating I thought for sure it was going to be a good place but was sorely disappointed, I went in to get my brows done before a big trip to Europe and the lady I had been going to for my eyebrows moved and I needed to find a new place. I felt rushed and like they didn’t even want me there, kind of rude and I am very disappointed in the job they did, I wanted to come out feeling confident but now I really wish I would have found another place, I think even the random places in the mall would be better. I now have to go and pluck the straggly hairs still left. I also got a tint to them and one is darker than the other and it wasn’t anything like I expected. Save yourself the trip and just do your brows yourself at least if it doesn’t turn out well you didn’t waste any money on this place.
Okay, let me start by saying this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. My stylist was Julie, and the manager is Ashley.
My mom and I both saw Ashley. She colored and highlighted my mom's hair and cut and did a Brazilian blowout to my hair. My mom actually has her formula for color and highlights that she has been using for years. Ashley changed it up a bit and it came out looking awesome! Way less brassy and more natural looking. My cut is fantastic. She's only the second person ever to cut my bangs perfectly! The Brazilian blowout is amazing as well. Definitely recommend this salon and Ashley!
So I call the manager (Ashley) to get a refund or a fix, and she begins to tell me that in the hair industry they don't offer refunds, but that I could go in and get it fixed by the same girl. **Okay, what?? The same girl who ruined my hair is going to fix it?? Yeah, that sounds logical...** So I showed up anyway, and asked the manager to fix it, but she just stared at this disaster for about 30 minutes and told me that she would just try to use MORE bleach to take the line higher and eliminate the brassiness. But before she starts, she says "Can I just ask, are you going to be happy with anything we try to do?" To which I respond "If you can't fix it I would like a refund because I will need to pay to get it fixed somewhere else." And she says "ma'am we don't offer refunds", and begins bleaching my hair. Another 2 hours pass, and my hair looks EXACTLY THE SAME! So I asked for another refund, and she was yelling at me the she couldn't give me a refund. There is a difference between not being able to and not wanting to. After another 10 minutes of arguing she slaps the money in my hand. How rude! We could have saved all of this time and energy had she done that in the first place! So if you've read this review to the end, PLEASE SAVE YOUR HAIR, MONEY, TIME and go somewhere else!

Daniela was awesome with my son's hair. He has a difficult style and she was able to keep the length but make it look fanatic. Friendly staff nice facilities. We will be back
