I clearly asked him I wanted to be able to keep doing my upper pony tail & now everytime i pick it up i have to wear a total of 14 bobby pins behind my head

When I explained myself of exactly what I wanted several times & even showed him what to cut and how to cut it & still he proceed to just cutting the way he wanted.He would just nod his head & said ok but didnt understood a word....he moves his hands like edward scissors hand but except w/the good haircut.
Never trusting this nor either "Beauty" salons they just want the money and dont care about how you gonna look walking out of there.
Trusting one more hair salon & they mess up I left Angry looking like the damn oopma loompa...
Now i have to let it grow AGAIN! when it was just a little trim since I had it above the shoulder.
