This was one of the worst salons I have ever been to. I bought a Groupon because I am in search of a new stylist that can do my hair right the first time and to my surprise when I arrived for my appt with Michelle, she passed me off to another stylist Dalia. I had asked for heavy hilights on top and burgundy on the bottom. I was quoted $120 which was fine with me if I get what I paid for. They convinced me to bleach all the top of my hair & it came out with an orange yellowish tint. She has to process it a 2nd time and it didn't fix it completely. Dalia told me to just use my purple shampoo when I get home. Cut was not good either and she didn't even blow dry or style my hair for $120 & I even tipped her $40, just to be nice, but I really got screwed over and will never be back. If you're thinking of going to this salon, don't waste your time! You'll be sadly disappointed like I was.

The owner of this place did not like that I didn't buy the most expensive treatment, then she over charged me, then she wouldn't sell me the product I needed for what I had done. I was told not to wash my hair for 2 days and when I did my hair was exactly how it was when I first went. They also forgot about me and left me sitting there for 45 minutes until I complained. Horrible customer service. The only very nice person there was Elizabeth... A hair stylist.

I went in on Saturday for a trim! My hair was almost to my waist , I asked for a trim with long layers and to keep the length. Tell me why my hair is above my bra strap now, choppy hair cut that is uneven!!!! She gave me bangs and I didn't even ask for them! I don't get this

Don't recommend went in for daughter to get hair color & trim 1/2inch& her hair was by butt.Photos attached of how she wanted Just Color of Hair, picture provided of before, during & Disaster OUTCOME! SHE came out with hair 6 INCHES shorter, looking yellow & orange with spots. She bleached her twice & her hair was falling out& over processed... Hair done by owner Irma & receptionist assisted.

Purchased a Groupon for full color and cut. Now I knew going into this, that with the color I wanted, there would probably be additional charges since it did say that in the fine print. But the overall general experience was absolutely terrible and I will not ever be using their services again. I made my appt Sat (8/26/17) for Tues (8/29/17) at 9am with Michelle. I was really looking forward to this appt since I had read such good reviews. I wish I had know what a train wreck I was in for. So I get there at 9am and I'm greeted by no one, which is really not that big of a deal, but it's just poor customer service if you ask me. I decided to just take a seat and wait for either Michelle to come greet me or for someone to let me know what's going on, but by 9:20, that hasn't happened. The employees are just sitting around on their phones while me and two other customers were waiting. A stylist comes and takes one of the customers to the back to start her haircut so once that happened, I went up to the receptionist to ask her when Michelle would be ready for me since I had an appt at 9. Apparently, the stylist who had taken the first customer WAS Michelle, which was upsetting because that just let me know that making an appt at a certain time did not matter to these people. So I continue to wait since I've already paid for this and I didn't want to have to come back. Michelle finishes with the first customer and comes up to me to ask me what I want so I show her some pictures of the color I wanted and she tells me that I'd be charged $180 for that. Like I said, I knew there would be additional charges, but $180? That's just ridiculous. So I tell her never mind and that I'll just do a haircut. She then instructs me and the other customer to follow her to the back but come to find out, she was only talking to the other customer and Michelle decides to just hand me off to one of the other stylists. That was extremely upsetting but once again, I already paid and I was there so I just decided to get it done. I was very thorough in explaining what I was wanted which was just a long bob with texturized ends. But she just DID NOT seem interested in even doing my haircut and just kind of ran through it. My haircut doesn't look terrible but it is definitely not what I wanted. Needless to say, this whole experience was just full of disappointment, terrible customer service, and just a waste of money. They charged me $10 due to the thickness of my hair, so I paid a total of $32 for a crappy haircut when I could've got the same quality haircut at Walmart or Super Cuts for half the price. If, as a business, they're not making money off this Groupon, they should just take it down. Because they obviously feel like, just because a customer uses a Groupon, that they can provide absolutely horrendous service. WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.
