Was treated like a leper. The person who helped lacks any kind of customer service skills, specially when it comes to a new customer with beginner skills.
Thank god for this place. Place is very inviting. Im not an expert at all, so for dude to actually acknowledge me as a person, listen to my needs and what i wanted, and suggested something that would work for my use even better than what i thought is exactly what the point of customer service. best experience ever. thank you guys, will definitely be back and gladly spend. thank you guys

He didn't make any effort to provide helpful information, it looked as he was being forced to work there. I was about to make a purchase, but after some reflection I asked my self "Why should I buy at a store where the sales minion is being a jerk???". REALIZED the mistake I was about to make and decide to leave the store.
They replaced both of my (very worn) mt bike tubes & tires after showing me that were dangerous to ride AT closing time. They stayed 20 minutes AFTER closing time to get it done right. Who else does that? They could have easily told me to come back the next day. They are always very informative and friendly. Even though they are a lot further from me than other shops, Bicycle Heaven has my business for life!
I've made a promise to not go back there in my life, and will do all I can to warn all potential customers, specially since my expertise is in the social media marketing arena.

Been to multiple shops in town and none were as helpful as these guys. The absolute best customer service you will find! Hands down. I thought the prices were a little high when i first walked in but the customer service is totally worth it and at the end of the day I didn't mind spending the money. Brittney was just awesome.
Incredible service. We turned up with no notice at a busy time and they fixed our bikes there and then. Even gave us a beer. Excellent shop!
