They gave a 10% reduction on my second bike because I had purchased from them before. They also looked at my old bike and gave me advice on what needed to be done of which I only chose to change a gear cable that was frayed. The rest I can do on my own. I feel that they don't hold information from you in order to get more business, just for that, in the future, when I need help or parts for my bikes I will choose them.

So far so good, I read a couple of very nasty reviews here, but I have had two good experiences with them. I bought my first bike from them about 12 years ago and then about a month ago I bought a second one for my girlfriend.
U made a little kid so happy! I went to your place , tried to buy only one pedadl but they only sold in pairs, I explained the situation about a child that is riding his bike with only 1 pedal having a hard time doing it and as I was walking out he called me back . After searching around in a catch all bin Mark found a pedal, left one is what was needed and gave it to me . Tried to pay him but he said forgetaboutit !! He went next door to get a soda but moved too fast by the time I walked in the place he was coming out and I did not even get to pay for his soda !

I stop by this morning because i had a hiccup with my bike chain. Mark was great and very professional and fixed me up in no time. I've seen this place everyday for the last 6 months and after the way I was taken care of I now know how they have been open for 97 yrs. This place is great!
People at YOUR SHOP are always helpful and knowledgeable see you again at your new address on Main .
