Extremely rude staff.
I usually have had a good experience, however, the last time I ordered used books online BUGS crawled out of the books and they were BED BUGS. The bed bugs have overrun my room and I have had to have my carpet steamed several times. The bookstore needs to somehow clean their books by either steaming them or sanitizing them in order to prevent something like this from happening to someone else. I now order my books from Amazon and have yet to have a bug problem.
Have gone five times in the last 2 days. Only go in to find what books you need and never go back.
They have a lot of good things that any college student would need. They also have good snacks.
Good bookstore. Pleasant experience and no issues. Quick on making textbooks available for pick up.
