I live an hour away and got told by the finance manager that I would be for sure approved for financing so not to worry about driving all the way and getting denied. Wasted two and a half hours of my time here and to no avail, they denied me. Don't waste your time here.
The place reeked of cat urine, i literally had to leave before i vomitted. They said the cats were in the back and never came out and their carpets had just been cleaned. Theres literally no way. It was so nauseatingly strong. Sales guys unfortunately had the vulture feel and demeanor. Literally circling to size me up. Hood establishment is a flattering description. Hatr to leave a review like this but there are worse things im not even writing. Just dont do it people.

After doing a lot of shopping (both in Austin where I live and in Dallas) and dealing with a bunch of used car dealers, I reached out to Mohammed and Monte at this dealership to look at a car that had caught my eye at a great price. Monte helped me tremendously with financing, and came in on his day off to help close the deal. The process went super smoothly, and the deal I got on my dream car was very very competitive. Ultimately I could not have been happier with the deal I got and the experience working with Mohammed and Monte and can recommend them wholeheartedly.
