This dealership provided excellent customer service. I am a first time car buyer, and they couldn't have made the process more easy for me! Very personable staff, with quick response time to any questions I asked. Pictures of the vehicle were very detailed along with video. They provided me with an optional outside source car inspection, which I was also 100% completely satisfied with. The dealship location itself is also very accommodating, with nice waiting areas, and very clean. All around, excellent experience.

Gabby and the team at American Auto Brokers worked very hard to make the deal happen and to make my experience was great. Gabby was accommodating and her team helped me get a better interest rate with the lender that I had a approval with. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the dealer fees of $399.00 for Windshield Protection and $399.00 for Vehicle Security. Those fees are not disclosed as part of the price on the web site or any other advertisement and they are not part of the price of the vehicle advertised. AND they are not optional. It was stated to me by one of the employees that the reason they have the windshield protection is because they are located in an industrial area and windshields get broken all of the time. I replied, that cost shouldn't be passed on to the customer without prior knowledge or at the very least including it in the price of the vehicle. These fees were not disclosed until I as in the Finance Office.
The best service ever. I started with what I thought was the perfect truck for me and did a test drive, i was ready to start signing the documents, while waiting I asked to test drive different truck and the girls were great. I totally changed my mind and ended up with the best truck for my money. I cant be more satisfied as they were positive about the whole experience!
Second Visit to buy a 2016 Ford F-250 6.7 Liter Power Stroke. Once again worked with Gabby and she and the finance team were amazing. They provided me a better rate that I walked in with in my loan and it was quick and easy. Very happy with the truck and the experience.
I was very surprised that the vehicle was exactly as it was described over the phone and in the pictures. I have no complaints with the condition of the vehicle as it was told to me. The saleswoman(Priscilla Martinez) was very helpful and nice and informative. The financing department worked with my credit Union with no complaints & did a very good job & were very professional. It was a very clean facility, I was actually impressed with the way things went. I would definitely send someone back to them to purchase a truck. I also got a free shirt out of the deal so you can't beat that. Thanks again Priscilla!! 5 stars
