I wanted to wait until I have had the truck for awhile to make sure it ran flawlessly. I am VERY pleased with my truck! It had higher miles than what I was wanting, but the truck was in amazing condition for being a little bit older. Rene did great answering my questions, and I did not feel pressured. The only issue I have was that the price online had dropped, so I called to make an appt to see it and they said it was an error. So that was a little disappointing but they did meet me in the middle with the out the door cost. My husband test drove the truck and informed them he thought the carrier baring was going out and it's around $600 to fix, this was on a Saturday so Auto Groups shop was closed and we lived 2-3 hrs away. So they dropped the price of the truck a little more which was great. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience, the price error was irritating, but the workers and quality of the truck was great! 4 stars because of the pricing error.
Overall good experience. Jerry is a great salesman. He wasn't overly aggressive and he was knowledgeable on all the vehicles we test drove. He went above and beyond to make sure we were out of the dealership in time to get to our son's softball game. Very little wait time.
Finance went fairly smoothly. Ultimately, we decided to go with a credit union that offered a warranty that was more than half the cost the dealership was offering one for.
Rene Rodriguez was very polite and not overbearing or pushy as most car salesmen can be. He was very honest and comfortable to work with. I have a very hectic schedule and he changed his normal routine to better accommodate me (and willing to burn some "midnight oil" if need be). This company is also military friendly. His manager (Mr. Rabb) was also very professional and ensured this process of purchasing a newer vehicle for me went as smooth as possible. I have purchased vehicles with about 5 different dealerships my entire life and this is by far my favorite. I will definitely be coming back whenever I want to buy another vehicle. If you're looking for a new vehicle, that's the dealership you want to go to and Rene is the man to see.
I walked in not expecting to drive away in a vehicle. From beginning to the end Dana was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was very pleased to drive away knowing that I wasn't pressured into purchasing this vehicle. In addition to, the process was very easy and stress free.
