I’ve visited this place more than once in the past year and I’ve always felt that they are really trying to help me. Sometimes it does seem to be a bit more money but when I’ve got my two year old with me and the oil change takes about 20 mins, I’ll gladly pay what they ask. I’ve had repairs and check ups with them and even have just dropped by for air in my tires, they are always super helpful and kind. They also recommend what I get done next time I get a change or repair, they don’t push anything on me same day unless it’s important. I recommend them to all my friends, and will keep coming.
Just left Belden’s and so appreciative this location is close to us. They have been taking care of all 4 of our family cars for years and are always fair and do a great job. The whole staff is super friendly and professional and the waiting area is nice and clean.
My new heroes!!! I am a senior whose vehicle died while babysitting a young child. Nice man got the car started and told me to take it asap to have the battery terminals replaced. Was told at local Walmart auto that they did not have required parts. My daughter and a friend suggested Beldon"s so I called. Manager Charlie instructed me to bring it in and after learning of my situation brought mechanic Robert to assess. Within half an hour, my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way home, on the other side of the city. Needless to say, Beldon's will be the first place I call for car problems in the future!. Honest, Friendly, On-time. Used their online scheduler for a diagnosis (check-engine light) on our 2012 equinox. They were very timely and they maintained communication with us throughout the entire process. They provided us a list of showstoppers and lower priority items that could wait. We had an issue after the repair which they took care of (no charge). It's been hard to find a reputable mechanic and we are very pleased with Belden's. Thank you.
I had just gotten my truck back from a tire company after putting on 4 new tires and ended up hitting a hole in the road. Redland road messed up my truck alignment and thought possible bent a rim. Was worried about driving it especially with my 3 kids in it. We rushed over to Belden’s the minute they opened. Carl was such a pleasure to work with. He expressed that they had a full schedule but would do his best to get my truck looked at before they closed at noon. Thank you soooo much for squeezing us in and fixing my alignment and a mistake that the tire company did when putting om my new tires!! Won’t go anywhere else. Being a female I find it hard for mechanics to take me seriously but not here. I was treated professionally!! I am so happy to have a safe vehicle to drive my babies in. Thank you again!
