Took my car there to replace the timing belt.. I get a call the next few days saying they need more money to fix the valves they bent when they replaced it... There excuse was they had put it in top dead center and did everything correct but some how the timing was off... So now to pay $800.
I've never had anything but good experiences here, he kept my cars safely on the road. Honest and fair price for his work.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE we took our little car in becuase the alternator was bad we knew it was bad just wanted him to take it off so we vould go have it rebuilt... after fighting and arguing with him about it being the alternator (becuase he wanted to charge us per hour to diagnose it) he finally did what we asked him we took the alternator to the repair shop and were told it would take a week or so after 2 days "ernest" called demanding we pay him for the removing and replacing the alternator even though it wasnt finished yet or he would have the vehicle towed out... my father went up there to pay him and the man got hostile and tried to fight my dad and even got in my moms face they paid him his 130 dollars and told him we woild bring the alternator for him to put back on as soon as it was finished... fast forward a week my dad got sick in the hospital this car was least of our worries he again began threatening that he would have the car towed just becuase... so we get back from the hospital out of town about a week after that go to drop off the alternator and he says "that vehicle is no longer here" i told him what he had done was illegal anf his response was "take me to court im in court all the time" long story short he had a 1000 dollar car towed by the time we were informed the tow bill was over 1100 dollars this man is as crooked as they come do not take your vehicle here the car was there for a total for 2 1/2 maybe 3 weeks
The work is slow, and at the end of the day you pay about the same as a standard shop. There is a lack of professionalism and expertise. I would recommend using the shops down the road instead.
