Just got back from New Orleans with my vehicle repaired at JP automotive . The car runs great. Originally took it Mazda dealership and was told the motor was no good? On a Mazda3 2016? Really? A new motor for $6500.00 installed. JP Automotive saved me thousands $$$ and no need for a rebuilt or new motor! Thanks JP!
Needed work done on my 2000 4Runner, I figured it would have taken a few days to complete what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner himself began the repairs (walking me through what needed to be done and explaining in great detail why it was important) and completed the work much quicker than I expected. Customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends and family. If I need any work done on my vehicle, this is the place I know I can trust and rely on. Could not be happier with how I was treated/taken care of at this shop. The negative review that is listed seems very out of place. The staff was superb and didn''t make me feel like an idiot when I asked what would could be seen as "dumb questions" anywhere else. I will be taking any vehicle I have here, very professional and trustworthy staff.
Professional auto repair - period. Don't upsell what you don't need. From simple to complicated jobs - they always have a very competitive quote and stand behind their work!
Javier (the owner and mechanic) is the best, and so is his wife, Yvonne, at the front. The work is done well, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I drive 30 minutes to get from my house to the shop, and it's well worth it. I highly recommend JP.
