Had problems with a Cadillac, Loop was Highly recommended, they found problem immediately and repaired it quickly , very pleased with Service, Chelsea was very nice & very Professional, I Highly recommend this Shop.
By far the best auto shop I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. The job gets done right, and they're careful to let you know what parts and labor will cost if you need major work (before they start). Staff is friendly, courteous, I can't say enough good things.
I came to Loop on a recommendation about 6 years ago and I highly recommend this auto repair shop. They are a down to earth, reasonably priced and highly accurate on their evaluations and repairs, they are a family run bussiness. I suggest you call ahead because sometimes you have to make an appointment. They are open from 8 am to 5 pm.
If you need work done, don't waste your time and money elsewhere, this is one of those rare shops you can trust to take care of you right.
I recently moved out of state, and my experiences with shops here in KY have made me miss Loop even more. Truck has been in 4 shops up here, and even though I finally found one I can vouch for, I got ripped off 3 times in the process.
My whole family uses Loop auto since they opened in 1960! We wouldn't trust our cars to go anywhere else!
