We had an amazing experience..Emanuel was very helpful and explained everything clearly to us..they were very fast in ordering parts and fixed 2 of our vehicles in a very short amount of time. This has been so far the best service I've gotten in an auto shop. Everyone there was so professional and made me feel welcomed and most of all comfortable. We all know that being a girl that has no clue about cars is very challenging to find an honest mechanic. This place never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage, and explained everything so I could understand and be on the same page.
Emmanuel took care immediately of what needs to be repaired. After one call, did not even have to set up an apppointment. It was a quick in & out repair. Pricing was fair too. I would definitely recommend this shop for any auto repair needs.
Saved by Emmanuel! Got off work today to discover an almost rim flat tire. Went to Discount Tire to be left waiting for 30min with no word. I left and drove down Bandera to find Speedy Gonzales. Emmanuel was there and helped me with mo hesitation- even though the shop was closed! Charged a sliver of what Discount Tire would have charged and was super friendly!!
