Super Star Power @ Macys At South Park Mall of San Antonio Tx
Went to macy's south park mall & by far the most WORST customer service ever..Stephanie at the clinque department has no customer service. I had been standing in line & never once did she acknowledge her customers. I asked to speak to a manager & while speaking to a manager she is standing there laughing..What customer service..i've been a customer there for a long time & sad to say it's time to make a switch to Dillards..
I have had nothing but exceptional customer service at this location. The Clinique counter actually is very informative and seemed very experienced with their product. There is an occasionally wait due to women complaining about not getting some sort of free products. The stipulations are very clear about how you are able to get free product. I have been a loyal customer of this Macy's and will continue to be. I must commend the Clinique manager and all the ladies that work there for having such patients with some of the rude women that shop there. Thank you all!
