The Appointment staff doesn't have no telephone etiquette. They never have appointment, not even for ill children that need an Emergency call i.e. Fever and pain. Changed DRs
Dr. Bonilla is wonderful. He has a calm demeanor and made sure all my questions were answered.
He is the best pediatric ENT in town. We have been going to this facility and have been with several doctors and like all of them. Bonilla is the best. We just took our son today and thank God for wonderful doctors like these.
Dr Bonilla seems like a great Dr. Is more worried about working with you to decide what is best for your child instead of just yelling for surgery. That said, you better dedicate your day around this appointment and bring something for your kiddo. I am writing this with a sick pregnant wife and a very bored 4 year old going on 45 minutes passed my appointmentor time. It is like this every time. And he is not in the room with us for more than 10 minutes, so I cannot figure out how they are so far behind.
Staff is amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Bonilla is a wonderful bedside Dr. He takes the time to discuss any questions and concerns you have. He is an amazing, kind hearted person. I definitely trust him with making the best decisions for my LO..
