One thing I have learned is that no doctor, medical provider or clinic is 100 % perfect since after aññ, it is called the practice of medicine, which is constantly changing from day to day due to technological advances and the change in medical policies towards evidence-based interventions. I know for a fact if it weren't for is thinking outside the medical box, I would have been dead long ago. He is the most generous, caring, thoughtful, and always-looking-out-for-patient's-best-interest doctor I know, and regarding him as one of the best out of my top ten list of medicañ providers that I would trust my children and wife with. Lately he has even become more open minded, even taking extra studies in endocrinology, that is how hormones affect us and couldn't be more proud to call him a friend.. he doesn't beat around the bush and tells u straight out what the underlying problem is, even if its you mainly causing it but still helps u... great job Dr. NG.
I do not recommend this office. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm I got there 10 mins early and all the lights in the back were off. No sign of anyone. I waited I'd say about 30 mins and no one ever opened the window. There were people sitting in the waiting room taking naps as if they'd been there a while. Why would they schedule patients if they are not going to be seen in a timely matter?!?!
I scheduled my son's appointment at 7:30am so that we'd both be at school and work on time. It's 9:30am now and we still haven't been seen by a doctor. We made a change to our PCP because Ng is the BEST, even though most of his staff is rude but the wait is enough to make me look elsewhere. I shouldn't still be waiting to get a room after 2 hours. I will be looking elsewhere for a PCP.
I have been seeing Dr Ng since I was a young child. Great man and very caring. It was worth the time I waited to see him. My 3 daughters see him as well.
Dr. Ng is not a 'crack-saw-bones' pill pusher. Dr. Ng actually CARES and approaches each patient as if he were your personal, private in-home physician. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has and that your case is his top priority. I can only imagine that this is how it was in simpler times when the world wasn't so busy and your family doctor was all about your family. I personally would not trust any other physician with my wife and daughter's medical care.
