Pray every day that you will never have to deal with The Hartford. I would give 0 stars if I could. They have THE LEAST HELPFUL employees I have ever talked to. This is a workers compensation claim because I was HURT on the JOB and yet 1 year later they have not helped me in any way. I have sent medical bills multiple times and they deny ever seeing anything, EVEN WHEN MY LAWYER has sent things over this deny ever getting anything. I have been denied the scans and the prescriptions my doctor has told me I need. I have yet to be compensated for the time I missed from work. So really they have done ABSOLUTELY nothing for the last year and are some how getting away with it. If by some terrible luck you do have to deal with them good luck, you will probably never get the help you need.
The worst service ever!!! DO NOT go there!! I'm pretty sure Jennifer Jones HATES Mexicans. (Especially illegal one) She let all the US Army down!! Do not waste your time or money getting the insurance!!!
In my opinion this company is awful. For any reason they will skyrocket your rates. Several years ago and bolder rolled down a mountainside and it my rental car.they paid however deemed it my fault ??? With accident forgiveness..ok. 7 months ago my SUV rolled out of my driveway and hit my neighbors house. NO ONE WAS IN THE VEHICLE! Their payout was only $1,400.
Those crooks raised my rates $1,300/yearfor 5 (FIVE) years, 7 months after this incident. They claimed I caused. the collision. In my opinion this is nothing more than outright questionable in their tactics.
I spoke to Jennifer Jones and she is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. This company deserves zero stars for employees like her.
