Scheduling was easy over the phone. Team showed up on time and gave a call when on their way. Handled the Move Efficiently and in a timely manner with great care to our belongings. Took advantage of the unpack service and really helped us get an early start on getting organized in the new house. Highly recommend!

The office lady who helped me schedule the packing and the move was very kind and helpful. The packers and movers were excellent as well. They are a good group of people. Professional and helpful. I had the packing and moving services. I really didn’t have to do much except be at my apartment when they were here. Gave a quick little summary of all that I needed packed and moved and within 2 minutes they started. I thought it’d take at least an hour to pack but they finished it all in 20 minutes and had it all in the truck in 30 minutes. Very quick, efficient, and clear along the whole process about what was taking place and how all the costs were determined. I even received 2 quality assurance calls throughout the process so the company really does have a higher standard for quality and satisfaction. Highly recommend.
Everything went well from beginning to end, despite my needing to change dates on the move twice. The office staff on the phone was very patient and prompt with all of the necessary arrangements and documents. My movers and packers were excellent and very fast. I had zero problems with moving from location A to 3-Men-Movers' storage in San Antonio, and as soon as I needed my things brought from storage to my new house in San Antonio, the arrangements were made for me...even though the date of the move-in was put forward by a week. I had essentially the same crew for the move-out and the move-in, and they were a lot of fun, even though they never took a break and the temperatures were very high for November!
