BAIT AND SWITCH: I'm updating my review because I recently received a notice that my monthly payment was increasing by 12.5%!!! I am disappointed because I just signed up with them a few months ago. Now that all my stuff is stored there, I'm stuck unless I move it AGAIN!! I still stand by my review of the facilities and staff though. They are very nice.
I have had the best and most interesting experience with Extra Space Storage. When I moved from one storage unit to this one, I was fortunate enough to have Adlai help me. She was very kind and informative. The second time when I had reserve another unit to move immediately and needed another storage unit, Adlai, contacted me to make sure it was me that needed the unit, she made the stressful experience of moving quickly go smoothly. The third time, I reserved on line and she called me, we laughed about it, but again she made suggestions for my storage needs. Again, She is very helpful and informative, and made my experiences very pleasant.The company is fortunate to have her as part of the team.
Great experience. I reserved online and they made sure to keep In contact with me so that I didn’t lose my reservation. It was a quick tour and friendly service. I got what I was looking for at a great price! Clean and great location. Make sure to speak with Joseph!

This place is AWESOME!! I am so glad I found this place. The process was fast and Joseph, the young man who assisted me, was excellent! He was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He is truly"customercentric! The facilities are new safe, and clean. They also provide carts to help you move your things into your unit This is a great operation!
The staff is always kind and helpful. Very polite and made me feel like I was given special treatment. Clean and well maintained new facility of 35, definitely recommended.
