Negatives: Unfortunately, the move took much longer than estimated. Time = money. Crew were running behind for a 2nd customer, so owner asked if I’d cut them loose early with his promise they’d finish the job the following day. By this time, they’d moved all of our household goods in 9 hours (not 6, as estimated) but hadn’t gotten to our storage items. They owner told me, “I will not charge you the two-hour minimum (fee)". I asked him, "This means there will no charge, correct?" to which he replied, "Correct". The following day, they ran late with another customer and could not tell me when they’d get to me. I learned of this after only after driving 25 miles and they failed to show up at the storage facility. We agreed to meet at the storage facility after skipping a day due to his non-availability. The crew arrived 20 minutes late and presented me with a bill for 1 hour’s work. When protested and the discussion escalated, he pulled the crew and left me alone at the storage facility. I had to rent a truck at my own expense to move my items. While this may have been a simple miscommunication between two parties, the pattern of extra moving time needed, no-show, and running late suggests a disorganized company that does not value its customers.
They actually cared about my belonging and deliver all of it to the new location in perfect condition. I had lots of glass and mirrors, after the move I still do :) Nothing broken nothing scratched.

Its hard to find good movers with so many to choose from that I trusted the reviews I read on Yelp and glad I did! I booked a month in advance and was worried when I couldn't get a hold of them the day before my move but Marcela called me back and was very nice and confirmed my appointment. Rick also called when they were on their way with an estimated time of arrival. Andres and Rick were both professional, nice and efficient. I was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very accommodating.
Positives: The moving crew was professional, courteous, and very helpful. No items damaged. Minor household damage. One of the nicest crews we’ve worked with in 27 years of moving!
