Called Budget movers on Monday for a Saturday move. The first contact person who answered the phone was very nice and took a lot of detailed information. she said she convey to the salesperson Chris and he would call me back the same day. I never heard from him. I called back again and she said she had not heard from him and I told her neither had I. Well he called today with such attitude as if I had done something wrong to him! On top of that he had no information that I had given to the first person. It is clear to me and as a business owner and operator that I would not want to do business with Budget movers. I called them because I thought they would be great on price (which by the way they are not bad) but I would not want to deal with the lack of customer service if something happens. Service is King and built my business!! I chose not to business with them.
Canceled on me last minute without even seeing the property. Do not use if you need reliability.
BEYOND thrilled with the service from Budget Movers. I was pressed for time and HAD to be out by midnight on a certain day. I called around last minute a day or so before trying to find help. Budget Movers stepped in, told me they could help, showed up ON TIME and even was available earlier than quoted even though I wasn't. Lazaro and George are PHENOMENAL. Worked hard, never heard a negative word, respectful, helpful when it came time to place things and never gave me any doubts or fears that things were not under control. I can not say enough about how great this move was for me. Moving is super stressful but BUDGET MOVERS totally made it easier to deal with. You will NOT go wrong by trusting them.
