In and Out Moving Services owned by Mike Thetford were quick. So quick, they didn't move my rugs which are incredibly heavy. When asked, they said the truck was full and they didn't want to put it atop other furniture because they had hair. Seriously!! Damaged a chest of drawers. Charged me an additional $50.00 to come back another day to put a dresser that they left on its side to repair a section of where the leg is located. They never came back to put the dresser upright even though I paid them the $50.00 in advance or contact me to make arrangements for them to return or give me my $50.00 refund. Left voicemails and texts with no communication. Had to hire another mover to put my dresser in the upright position. My experience was they are neither professional nor trustworthy. As you can see from the pictures the chest of drawers, which was not damaged prior to the move, was heavily damaged because they did not use furniture pads as they moved the furniture. They left that piece of wood in the bag of furniture pads I had just purchased probably thinking I wouldn't find the damaged furniture. I was charged $200 for the 1st two hours, and $75.00 for each subsequent hour. They moved me from 0845 to 1345 hours, a total of 5 hours for a total of $425.00, plus the additional $50.00 for them to come back another day to put the dresser upright for a total of $475.00 which I was charged as seen by my credit card statement receipt. I also uploaded the receipt for the $50.00 I paid the other moving company to put the dresser upright.
Professional guys really helped me out! Will definantly use them again. The price was great especially considering they were an actual legit legal moving company.
