Everything went very smoothly for our two days. Suppose to be four and the fantastic crew did it in two!!!!! Took all our belongings (12,000lbs) that were in storage, assessed all the packaging and redid a few things to make sure it stayed safe in transit. Loaded it well and in a timely manner and delivered the next day. Helped put everything where I wanted it, even if they had to move heavy furniture two - four times, up and down stairs. Extremely professional and personable. Jonathan and Adrian worked hard and made sure we were completely happy before they left. Everyone we dealt with during this process to phone calls, inspectors, and moving crew were great. I highly recommend.
Poor management poor logistics. Packers were late every day. Forced to go to other jobs this was DOD move so they obviously don't care about troops. Workers worked very hard it s not there fault lack of planning makes them work twice as hard. Movers showed up 2 hours late. Then truck did not show up until 730 pm to load 12k worth of stuff. I don't blame the workers they did their best. But if this company is truly as busy as they seem they need more cdl drivers then just one for all of San Antonio. Management's poor logistics caused my family too much stress. Contract says they have until 9pm too load truck shows up at 730 to load 12k pounds. Worried my stuff will get broken because of the rushing.
