Great price. They were fast and careful with everything. Very polite and personable. From that 1st call for a quote until the end of the job; this company was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
WARNING: Look elsewhere to hire a moving company! The movers broke my desk, washer, and dryer, lost the cushions to my couch and then I had to argue with them to take my couch off the truck!! I reported the issue to the owner and they accused me of breaking my own items!! Reporting the issue to TxDOT does nothing...they just mediate which does nothing so it's up to YOU to take the company to court for damages! Do not waste your time and money with this company. The owner is very disrespectful! And they break & lose your stuff! Bless you if they are the only moving company you can afford (like me but ended up paying more on the damage/ loss/ replacement of property. You have been warned. :(
Unfortunately my experience was awful. They were very fast at moving items , but broke a kitchen cabinet door , head board , and side rail while doing so. Kelly “The Boss Lady” does not return any phone calls. She sends some lousy “Handy Man” who has no clue what he’s doing. I would never hire them again. I’m letting it known to everyone
Best Moving Company I have used. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I requested. Kelly the owner was very nice and worked me in at last moment. The guys were on time and worked very hard to get everything moved.
Truely one of the most disappointing companies I've ever delt with. I don't take to the net often to post negativity, but I've never been this truly dissatisfied for as long as I can recall.
