First of all I had called them a long time ago and did not hire them because of the way she said if I wanted to book it would have to be in the next 15 minutes because she was going to leave, that's how I found my current moving company. This time I called them again and again she said I needed to call her in 15 minutes because she was going to close although google says they close till 11pm. The moving was ok, but I noticed there was a discrepancy with my invoice. And the receptionist right away denied any mistake but then she said she.didn't have the invoice so that she will check(all this with a horrible attitude) I asked her then to have the owner call me and she then started yelling at me that she was the owner, although later she stated that the owner was the one that did the moving. She accused me of lying telling me she didn't deal with people that were lying to get money back, again she had no invoice to even know if there was or not a discrepancy. She even said "we didn't even charge you taxes, now for this I'm going to charge you taxes" ....She got so loud and rude that I just had to hang up, could not believe a business could ever have such horrible customer service. I move furniture often because of the amount of properties I manage, never an experience like this. Never ever again will I consider them! And notice I'm not the only one with a bad experience, with all this horrible reviews.
This moving company showed up with a great attitude and great movers ready to work. The movers got to work as soon as they arrived. The office staffed called us right when they were on the way and also gave us a 30 min discount for being 5 minutes late i guess being nice helps. We called them and they took great care of us from start to finish when i called around i got very high and expensive quotes but this moving company was by far the cheapest movers and yet they did an outstanding job not one scratch or damage i am very happy we chose professional movers 4less.
The movers were very professional and when they arrived they started to work quickly and no breaks on the move i was very wowed! These movers in san antonio were by far the greatest and most professional moving company mike and jesse did a fantastic job thanks guys!
The experience was horrible. I set a time one week in advance and was given 8-9:30am for the truck arrival. I get a call from their office a few minutes to 10am that the truck was messing up and my new time would be 11-12pm. No apology was given and the woman who called was extremely rude and offered excuses instead of solutions. The movers didn't arrive until at 12:30pm. After spending 6.5 hours to move us from a 3 bedroom house I tried to explain to the manager over the phone about my concerns. The movers had damaged portions of the new home that I now have to repair, and that not adhering to the contract was an issue. He asked how I wanted to handle things, so I made the suggestion about taking an hour off the bill would be a start. He told me that he wouldn't do anything to relieve the issues and that I needed to pay full price or he would call the cops.This was absolutely the worst experience I've had with a company. I didn't think what I was asking was unfair. This company is run like a hobby more than a business with its rude managers and back office staff running the helm. If you are looking for a moving company please look elsewhere for a better company who is kind and courteous to its customers.
Do NOT use these jokers. They sent us only 2 guys, which ran up our bill significantly, to move us from a storage with items from a 3000 sqft home. They broke several large, expensive items during the move to the new house, and we reported that immediately. They sent a so-called supervisor to check the damages, weigh the items, and take pictures; he left us no receipt or any documents but told us we would hear in 90 days. It's been almost four months later and nothing but the run-around IF they even pick up the phone when we call. We feel defrauded; we would not recommend this company to anyone!
I paid $265 to move 8 items to a storage less than 5 minutes away from my apartment. But I guess I went with them and not my usual guys because of time conflicts. I should have waited for my guys that always help me, the guys were okay however the receptionist is so rude and obviously has no customer service awareness.
