Gerald and David were excellent movers. They wrapped every single piece of furniture with blankets and plastic wrap and moved quickly. This would have been a 5 star experience had the office booked my appointment properly. I scheduled for 8am-10am window and when I called they had me down for 11am-1pm, then they called back and apologized for the mistake on their end. They stated they would change it for 9am-10am, the mover showed up at 11:48am. They did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. Krystal called back, stated she was the manager. She yelled and was rude and threatened to cancel the movers. This woman should be fired or should take a customer service course at best. I guarantee she will comment below and make up a very wrong story and be, once again, unprofessional just the way her comments have been on all the other unsatisfied customer's reviews.
I called many moving companies in San Antonio Texas and this was the cheapest and the most affordable movers in town. They arrived and did a great job moving everything I'm very happy I chose this moving company I highly recommend this company to everybody in my family and friends. They did a great job moving us very professional and very careful with our furniture from start to finish thank you guys you're the best movers in town.
DO NOT! I repeat, do not use this company. This company sure does know how to take their time. and I mean, TAKE THEIR TIME. Don't worry though, they have a scapegoat with saying, "we need to make sure we wrap your furniture well since we are responsible". Yeah I get that, but it shouldn't take you 6 (yes, 6) hours to just wrap and load my 4 bedroom house. They also had multiple movers come and go which only delayed it even more. When the last guy came he asked, "how long have they been at it? 6 hours? really?" It's bad when your own employees are calling your company out.
Diego and Damien were the most excellent movers I have ever had. Super friendly, positive, professional, and efficient. The whole process was stress free and very enjoyable. I've used other moving companies before and didn't have as good of an experience as I did with Superior Movers. Thanks so much for everyone who helped in the process of getting me into my new home!!
Please take my word for it, you dont want to use this company. Specifically because of the owner.
The owner is a complete joke that really has no business to be in customer service. She has no clue with how to show empathy or at least come across as understanding where the customer is coming from. She started yelling at my wife when my wife was just explaining what was going on. I really wish I could have (I should have) recorded her to put her on blast here.
These guys were very professional. On time. I would 100% hire them for my next move and would recommend to all. Thank you superior movers for a great experience.

When we called the owner to express our discontent with their pace, she completely put it on us and got defensive. explaining that she trains her employees to pad and wrap everything for our protection. No, you train your employees to take their time to run up the clock. When they finally delivered our stuff, I jumped in to start unwrapping and noticed they packaged these items as if they were going across the globe! (FYI, my old house and new house are exactly 1 mile down the road! They wrapped every item, then put a padded blanket, and then wrapped again! It took 10 minutes to unwrapped one item! Not exaggerating...
