The person handling the reservation lacks business knowledge. Fees kept increasing as the call went on. I kept being placed on hold and information being repeated back to me was incorrect over and over. Completely lost confidence in them as the call went on and cancelled moving forward with them. And to top it off when I told her I wanted to cancel since I lost confidence in their abilities she went on a rant towards me saying I was rude. Rude is dogs barking in the backyard, kids yelling and continuously putting me on hold while trying to reserve the move. Such a shame considering the great reviews your movers had is the reason I called.
Superior Movers amazed me and my wife the movers were so professional and very careful with our furniture and worked the whole time the price was very affordable i am going to definitely recommending these guys to everyone!
Movers showed up and wrapped all of her furniture these movers were wonderful. When I called the office the lady at the office is very nice and very helpful she helped us out with the price gave us free boxes. When we arrive to to our house they placed everything exactly where I wanted it to be placed they assembled all of my furniture that they had been disassembled they even unpacked all of our boxes thanks to superior movers they did wonderful job moving us in san antonio tx.
