Give officer 571, Harger I believe, a big pat on the back. One of the most respectable cops I have seen yet on YouTube. I complain about the bad ones I see and feel its only appropriate to commend the good ones as well. Thanks Officer Harger for your dedicated service to the people of the town you serve.
I was trying to call an officer regarding a statement on an accident report. I noted I was quoted quite wrongly and a witness was not included, and after a couple of attempts to reach him I've been given the ol' "brush off." I naturally have a bias in this matter, so my opinions will be necessarily tainted, a matter of disagreement always engenders negative vibes. However, I am rating the fact that my efforts yesterday were first met with "call him tomorrow," followed today by a repeat "call him tomorrow." Unquestionably, I am somewhat frustrated. The rating is a two star, not a one start, because I did experience common courtesies over the phone (always a plus with a public entity).

They educate me on a patrol by Not the whole substation . But a specific individual officer I got into it with. I used to work in a prison give me a break. My grandfather was Col . Rex Applegate. Telling me I'm uneducated. I understand there's more things going on . You are not body guards. Some people there are just not friendly . I prefer Prue station or Frio station . Or Jones maltsburger . Or Houston substation . Treat people with respect . Not like their stupid .my grandfather passed away may he Rip. The Colonel. Rex Applegate. He passed away I am his granddaughter. And I am thankful he taught me in ways of self defense. I miss you grandpa. But gosh west substation treat people with respect. It's not all of y'all it's some of y'all.
