We stayed at Admiralty for one night on our travel through to the South Rio grande Valley - for the price, it was a disappointment. The spaces are very close together, and ours wasn't level, so we had to unhook our towed car (which if you're traveling through, you like to avoid.)
If you get a chance to stay here, you will love it too.
It is a very tight park in which to move around in - if you have a Class A rig longer than 34 feet, I wouldn't recommend it. Ours is a 40 foot class A and the turns were just too tight (plus with such small spaces, some resident's trucks were halfway in the street, making it more difficult to drive through)
awesome place, very willing to help with hookups and very kind, but the paid wifi (free for one day) was so weak that my girl's iphone couldn't detect it long enough to log in and tech support only suggested relocating from our premium RV site to an area with better signal. For a paid service I expect better then relocating to use it.However it was the nicest RV park we stayed at during this trip, great pool, great people, etc!
Stayed for 3 months. Had to pay extra for a tree which was wonderful in the evenings but the birds did play havoc with the cloth top on my car. It's a very nice park with everything paved and concrete. It's very quiet considering the location. Close to sea world and any store or restaurant you could want. I would not say it's big rig friendly. I have a 44' toy hauler which I got in and out but it was not easy. If the space in front of me had not been empty it would have been very difficult to get out when it was time to leave. While parked if I opened the ramp door it was in the street. Loading and unloading my motorcycles kind of stopped traffic a little but No one seemed to be too put out by it. They have 3 larger spaces that they call super slabs which would accommodate a toy hauler better but they are not cheap. I paid 700 plus elect. And they are more than that. All of the facilities are very nice and well maintained. It is nicely landscaped with plants and flowers. There are limited parking spaces for the laundry area so that seems to always be an issue. There are a lot of long term people there so they have activities and meals if you want to take part. Breakfasts, meals Christmas, St. Patty's super bowl and the like. My wife and I felt very safe there and had no trouble with theft or anything like that. Over all it was a pleasant stay and I would go back if I can afford one of the larger spaces. They are sticklers for their one way streets and traffic flow which can be be a bit trying as I am not particularly patient, but knowing how many people drive it's kind of understandable. I just didn't like driving around and around to get out. One fellow was gruff but helpful when pressed and that doesn't put me off because not everyone is sunshine and lollipops every day. Generally the staff was helpful and friendly. Don't think about rotating your tires or doing an engine swap, its not that type of place. If you want quiet and calm in the middle of a big active city it's a good spot.
I am a full-timer and have been here since November 2016. I love this place. The staff is so friendly, and the neighbors are great. There is a heated pool open all year. There's always something going on, so there's a lot of chances to socialize. I love the 2 fenced in dog parks. The shower/bathrooms are always clean.
Very nice RV park and I would have given it 5 stars but they don't offer free wifi or cable. You get one day free wifi so if you're staying more than one day you'll have to pay fir it. They also don't provide cable but OTA signal is great and you can pick up several channels including local with a great picture with your HD antenna. The RV park is very clean and will always come back when I'm in town.
We are charged extra to park the uhaul truck we had (which seemed a bit much, but since the spaces were so tight, profit motive was the ultimate object.)
