I stayed here a couple of months, and left very very un satisfied. I originally planned to stay here for 6 months but I couldn’t take it anymore. The grounds have a rat infestation and my fb got broken into TWICE! and the owner doesn’t seem to care about anything that doesn’t affect him directly. He didn’t even want me to make the police report, He was very rude to me and my family.
I would definitely not recommend this place the manager on site and owner are very rude!!! Had problems with our light carrier the out let plug was no good and they didn't want to fix it they this my husband whose an electrician that he could fix it but would not get reimbursed for it. The owner came out and fix it and said it was our fault cause we were using to much light ours is only a 30 amp and both the 30 and 50 amp got replaced. Needles to say that our light bill was only $5 and we ALWAYS paid on time all the time. Happy Trails suxs!!!

Quiet park on the outskirts of the city. Close to the AT&T center. Packed in close. Mostly guest staying monthly. Have to share power boxes/ sewer depending on the spot.
