Went in to get some new shoes but was browsing around before asking for any shoes to try. Someone named Jacob walked up and asked if i needed help i told him not yet. Guy looked irritated and walked away. He then came back and said that if i wasn't going to purchase anything that i have no reason to be in store. Horrible customer service.
The manager at Aldo is very rude. She refuses to give out her first name. Please use caution when you purchase something. They will refuse your return even if it's less than 30 days.
