Sales staff was helpful in friendly in asking whether I needed help — 5 stars. They didn't have the brand of shoes I wanted however, but I chose to have a look at their other offerings. The cashier staff/manager words stripped away all the stars however (0 stars for them if possible). When asked whether I required help and I told that I was having a look...his response was "$20 for a look and $10 for a touch". And he wasn't joking. Terrible attitude. Shouldn't be doing frontline sales work.
