Very friendly and helpful service at the shoe carnival on SW Military , better than the shoe carnival at McCreless market
Very poor customer service. A short Fat stuck up lady totally ignored me when returning some boots I bought of line. Totally used boots creased and had dirt on the bottom not even in a box. I asked to speak w the manager and her and a wanna be blond Mexican and her laughed at the manager when I asked for one. When the manager came she was a Spanish woman ...I took this very wrong. First they look like they hate their job second they laugh at a woman who they think ain't worth a crap BC she's Mexican. Oh no. Totally hate this place
Place is always clean staff is friendly will help you find the shoes in the size you need. Up beat environment with good prices and friendly people make this one of my favorite place to buy shoes...
Great shopping trip. The store was packed and although they kept announcing they don't have any back stock they had a great selection out on floor. There was like 25 people in front of us in line but they had 3 or 4 registers open and we were out in a flash.
Purchased Heeleys for my daughter and tried to get the correct size wheels. The manager said the shoes only have one size wheel for all size shoes. Incorrect!! Heeleys have three sizes, which my husband educated the dumb ass that's selling the shoes. We were told that we could go online to purchase the correct size for another 20 bucks. Why should I have to pay more for their mistake. DO NOT get Heeleys from shoe carnival!!!
