Terrible store. Went there a long time ago and bought a Haro FL 29 Sport. Two weeks later I gradually felt a strange feeling in my pedal movement and discovered whoever put that pedal in didn't put it in properly. That is the basics of the basics right there.. Long story short the crank-arm was now stripped and I had to replace it. I also didn't know much about bikes at the time and found out that mountain bike was one size too large for me as well while this kid was "fitting" me to it.That explained quite a bit later on. Do yourself a favor and stick to more reputable places that actually have mechanics that know what they are doing. (Rideaway Bicycles, Bikeworld, REI, Bicycle Heaven, Local Bicycle, your grandmother or grandfather.. Any place really aside from this one.)
I've been here twice and that's enough. A bigger fully tattooed guy kicked a lady out of the shop and also told me if I REALLY wanted my bicycle chain replaced within a 2 day turnaround that I would ABSOLUTELY have to pick it up right before closing time 2 days later. Apparently I only have a certain time to pick up my bike or it's gone. Next time I went for something they took OVER A WEEK to replace two tires. Then when I called, they forgot about it..
It is 10:10 on a Friday and nobody is here. Maybe need to update business hours or open when you say you will be open.
Only minimum standards required to be employed here. I was here for help and this middle aged, probably lonely guy named, "Carlos", immediately told me he couldn't do anything without the specific size of the seat post I needed. Then left me standing there while he ran to the back and picked up a must be very important phone call. So while confused, I Googled my bike's specs. I did get the size, went back to him and told him I didn't appreciate the lack of service i received and showed him my bike specs. Alas! Now he refused to give me service at all, because apparently I didn't like his service! Wow. Just. Wow.

The Owner has always treated me like a fellow My water is on. Sorry I could ride but they were here trying to fix the valve. I took Susan riding yesterday for 13.25 miles. I had to go slow by its a start. cyclist. I have purchased 3 bikes from this shop. I was measured and sold the bike that fit my needs. As for prices, all bike shops charge too much but its a business. I found the prices in line with other privately owned shops.
