The car is great. I have not had any problems with it at all. I will definitely go there again for another car and I will recommend this dealership and that salesman to all my friends and family.
I worked with Alfredo in finding a car that fit me and my needs. He worked with my budget directing me to cars I could afford and didn't try to sell me something that would break me. He let drive all the cars I wanted and patiently waited while I made my decision. That says a lot about him and that business, because I can be very indecisive.
Smh I tried looking for a car that didn't egive me problems and wanted a good daily, well just bought a car from here 2 weeks later I'm having to do 500$+ of Repair's
My husband found an add online while shopping with my daughter for her first vehicle purchase. Everyone there was friendly and determined to get her into the truck she wanted. She did not have all the paperwork she needed and was instructed by the salesman & manager on what to do to obtain copies of what all was needed. She did what they asked. A few hours later she was in her truck driving off the lot. The next day the salesman proceeded to call and text her every few minutes that the paperwork that they told her to provide was not what the bank needed. The calls and messages went on for 5 days as she tried to provide them with the appropriate papers. The salesman & the loan company contacted her day and night, and i am talking text messages at 11pm on a sunday & monday night! while she was trying to work. She got into alot of trouble with her manager answering the calls and messages. It seems they are so interested in getting everyone into a vehicle they try to take too many short cuts which caused my daughter grief with her employer. I believe they need to be more reaponsible in obtaining the proper paperwork prior to a sale. We would have gladly waited a few days to get what the loan company needed to avoid the hassel!
Honestly this review is for Kelley Autoplex. I think they share that lot with the other or something, but they are awesome!! My wife and I went everywhere just to be told we would need more money or a cosigner. Then we saw their ad on craigslist and came in. We were approved in less than 30 minutes and are so grateful to have gotten a car and not having to uber places anymore!! Kris our sales guy was super helpful we will definetely be back in a few mo ths to get my wife a car!!!
