I have never purchased a car through a rental agency. My research and anecdotal advice from friends kept bringing me back to agencies. Digging deeper I discovered that Enterprise far exceeded the online search experience of its competitors. Once I connected with Abby at this location she provided a great explanation of the process, advice on selection, and three same day finance options from which to choose. This customer service smoothly transferred to her colleagues Tim and Alex. The consistency with which they operated underscores Enterprise's customer focus and training. Coming from a sales background this was my big takeaway, That and a wonderful, affordable, quality car.
I had the most wonderful buying experience with Enterprise. The guys were amazing at determining my vehicle needs and fit me into "my" car. There's no pressure and they answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They put me in a car that is dependable, really nice and has a warranty! All within my budget, too!! I would recommend this dealership to every one of my family members and friends.
Suddenly needed a new used car, and made an appointment to test drive one I liked online. The process was painless, and every single person I interacted with was kind, funny, and helpful! We needed to stay late to finish the paperwork, and nobody ever made us feel rushed. Definitely recommend Enterprise if you don’t want to have to feel like you need to be a jerk to get a good deal (they have a no-haggle policy), and this location in particular if you like nice people!
