8-25-17: The sales representative was thorough and courteous, but I encountered a major problem after selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase. A sales manager come out and asked if I wanted him to attempt to find me a lower rate than that offered by my bank (5.84), which had already approved me for a loan amount. I declined, only to find out that my credit was run anyway; the approval process from my bank was not followed.
I highly recommend Hertz Car Sales for your next purchase. I used the "Rent 2 Buy" program, and got a great deal after waiting patiently for the mileage/price I wanted. Ask for no other than Russell Frier and he will take care of you from pre-purchase to after-purchase. A+++
We used Hertz for a week long rental for our honeymoon trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. It was such a flawless and effortless experience. Gotta give this one to Erik. Amazing sales person his customer service was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable. He literally was telling us what to look in a car when you are buying without us asking. Best of all his sense of humor, my husband and I were very happy. Over the past four months, I have dealt with three employees of Hertz Car Sales. Out of the three, I have had my vehicle for almost FOUR MONTHS and I STILL do not have license plates or my title. Upon speaking to the manager, Albert, three weeks ago, he promised me a call back at exactly 9am the following morning. He never called me back. I've called and requested to speak with him two other times and he is never available. Jodie, the woman who processes title transfers always seems to be off on her "early day" and also does not return calls. I sent the same document three different times stating the authorization to purchase the vehicle. Erik, our salesman, has been communicative (unlike the rest of the staff) but is also incapable of providing me with the documents and tags they are LEGALLY BOUND to provide to the customer within 30 days. Vehicle was paid in full on the day of the sale. I can comment further to say that, like another customer of Hertz Car Sales, the tank was half empty, the stickers had not been removed, residual gunk from countless rental stickers remained and the car's exterior was dirty. Do not purchase from this dealership.
