Having said all that, the work seems to be done well. When they make mistakes, they compensate for them generously. At one appointment, the techs accidentally left the packaging materials for the parts in my passenger floor well and a greasy spot on my white leather seat. When I pointed this out, they detailed the car for free--they usually charge $100 for this.
The 15,000 mile service, which is almost exactly the same work, includes some "performance oil additives." I'm pretty sure the main thing that they actually add is an extra $100 to your bill. That's right, $100 for a bottle of something that probably costs them $15.
Had a very enjoyable experience at the dealership. Rick Torres assisted us and he was very professional and courteous. He made the experience stress free because he didn't make us feel pressured to buying a new vehicle. He helped us find the best deal for the budget we had set.
This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Richard Cortez made it a painless process and made sure I had all of my questions answered. To be honest, he was the first salesman that I actually wanted to buy from. Great experience.
Good dealer with expensive service. A basic 5,000-mile service costs $90 (oil change and tire rotation, plus various "inspections"--which we all know aren't any actual work done on the car), and unlike most other dealers, they do not wash or vacuum the car. I've commented about this on the survey I get after every service, but no one has ever responded. For comparison, I pay about $50 for a basic service at my Honda dealer, and I always drive away in a clean car.
And appointments mean nothing. They still won't know that you're coming, and you'll still wait to see an advisor, who probably won't be the one you made an appointment to see.
Good experience. Nothing like the usual dealership horror stories. Rick Torres was an awesome salesman. Good guy and knows his stuff! Managers were okay with me taking the car to show my family and even let me drive my fiancè home and back. Manager was willing to give me better wheels on the car i was looking at. Got me where i wanted to be out the door and even beat the interest rate I had on the loan when i walked in. Definitely recommend.
Had a great experience at this dealership. My salesman was Gary. Even before I met him in person he was doing an absolute great job with helping me to get the car that I desired. Got to the dealership, Gary was super professional but keep me laughing with his great sense of humor. The environment was great and comfortable, and in the end I was put in a beautiful new car that I am too happy to call my own.
