*Revised Review* I want to thank Bruce and his team; the shuttle service is also absolutely amazing and has made my life so much easier. I have been to multiple Volkswagen dealerships in San Antonio and Austin, North Park is one of the few who has won my continued visits, the management and stuff were always able to meet my expectations in a professional and timely manner. They care for my experiences as much as I care for my car; I'm sure that's the experience that everyone likes to have, which is to be cared for. Bruce also led his team to go out their way to help me and I am truly impressed. Again, thank you all so much for helping me out.
I never usually take the time to write reviews, but this time I felt the need. The experience and high level of customer service I received from Mario Espinosa and Glen Fowler was exceptional!! I have been a repeat customer here (including family members) because of these two. The service I have experienced here is unmatched at any other dealer I have previously been to. They were tremendously helpful and patient with me in learning the aspects of my new car and the entire purchasing process, I never once felt pressured! If you want the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service definitely go see these two!

This was my first time purchasing a new car, and the sales rep Andrew Humphreys made it a very, very easy process. Not only was he professional and timely, but he was informative and friendly. I came in knowing which model I wanted and what price I wanted it for, and I never felt like I was pressured to look at something different or spend more than what I expected.
