I wish if I can rate this dentist zero star,
Ive been using this dentist for 10 years. She has always provided my entire family with excellent dental care. Very happy and highly recommended.
I cant tell you how many times ive seen emergency walk-ins come into this office IN PAIN and were asked to come in another day because the doctor wanted to go home early. Alamo Dentist is run by one idiot and the patients are attended to by another idiot. They treat their patients like stacks of money and their employees do not get any respect. There is only 1 doctor and she is a menstral wreck!
Discouraging experience. Bad teeth run in my family, so I am very subconscious of my teeth. The last visit I had with her was for a cleaning and she was in an awful mood. She was very rude towards me and kept making awful comments on the "condition" my teeth were in. (I needed two cavity fillings.) She also would not stop reprimanding me for the tongue ring I was wearing; which was never asked of me to remove prior to the cleaning. She even went as far as to ask, "What does your mother think of it?" I'm 24 years old! If this is how she treats her younger patients; I can only imagine how she treats her older patients. The assistants, however, are all very sweet and friendly. I can not say the same for the women at the front desk. They also seem to be in an awful mood every time I went for an appointment. You're better off seeking services else where.
My family has gone here since we moved to San Antonio. Dr. Mai has always been very accommodating and friendly. I recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.
