Dr. Kaci and her staff have really looked at the causes of fear and discomfort at traditional dental offices and have uniquely flipped them on their head to create an experience that is personal, professional, friendly, and warm. I hadn't been to a dentist in years because of a bad experience but now have found that practice I am not only super comfortable going to but one I am also proud to refer to family and friends.
My experiences at KLT Dentistry have always been terrific. Dr. Tibbetts and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I love the fact that they know me and my husband by name. However, I must point out that my hygienist, Nahed, is the best. My teeth have always been extremely sensitive, so the thought of a cleaning would always fill me with anxiety, and dread. Since I've been seeing Nahed, the anxiety and dread have disappeared, and my teeth are healthier then they have been in years. She takes her time, she's gentle with her instruments, but she's also very thorough. What I appreciate the most is her no nonsense feedback. If I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing (i.e, flossing regularly, tongue brushing, or even using the correct toothpaste) she not only points that out, but she'll explain the consequences to my teeth if I don't. On the other hand, Nahed is the first with a compliment when she sees improvements. Thanks Nahed and KLT Dentistry. You have a patient for life.

Kaci and her crew always make me feel welcome and comfortable. It's almost like a trip to the salon chatting with the girls the whole time. Aside from the fact that I need a crown (which is in no part her fault) i would say I left pretty happy about my visit.
