I have always been petrified of the dentist since I was young and my teeth required a lot of work as a child. Dr. Pfeiffer and his team have always been accommodating and polite. Pfeiffer is frank and straight to the point. He fixed 4 of my fillings within 30 minutes with no hassles or delays. I had David as my dental assistant and he was very understanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Eventide Family Dental to anybody seeking a professional experience.
Worst Dentist visit of my life! So I go in for a X-rays and cleaning special. I'm going out of town so I make my appt a week earlier I make sure I told that is the only day I can get it done and I was important to me to get my cleaning before leaving. I get there early and they see me promptly after X-ray and eval they recommend a deeper cleaning; there's come in the financial lady and says is gonna be 1,500$ there's no way I can pay that since I'm paying out of pocket. So, I say no and they told they couldn't do my cleaning cause I was late and there were other patients that I needed to come back. What? Cleaning was what I came in for. They only care about money not patient satisfaction. I left having to pay a bill and no services that I wanted to begin with. Don't recommend them.
I am rating this company a one because they moved my appointment back thirty minutes without my knowledge. They assumed that since I had not called them back to confirm the appointment I wasn't going to come.
So if you want to see them be sure to confirm your appointment or they'll cancel it.
Horrible, frustrating experience especially with the staff led by one S Jayy!!! After having unsatisfactory services with them, we decided to switch dentists.... getting my kids xrays sent to the new dentist was a maze, had to go in personally to get them. Very rude staff who I bet don't know what customer service is all about!! Wouldn't recommend it!
Anyway, I found it ridiculous and told them I'd go to a different dentist.
Multi-year customer with adults and kids ... very happy with their service.
If I had a history of missing appointments with them that would be understandable but I was sitting in my car, calling them on my way in, after taking the afternoon off from work when they told me they cancelled my appointment but they could squeeze me in thirty minutes later.
I've honestly never had a professional health organization do that. Most doctors don't even confirm appointments made three months in advance.
