Amazing, gentle dentist who takes his time to explain everything. His staff is very knowledgable & kind as well.
I can't say if Dr. Johnstone is a good dentist since we never made it past the receptionist named Alice who was very very rude. I guess maybe snobby would be a better choice of words. She even hung up when I asked to speak to her manager.Pity that they lost 4 patients. I ended calling Dr. Sattem who is also on Broadway and they were very professional and polite. I hope since we just moved to Alamo Heights that everyone isn't like this.
By far, the BEST dentist. I've been going here for years now, it's as if we're visiting family. I love the staff there, they make you feel so welcomed. Dr. Johnstone is always telling us exactly what's going on with our teeth. We've been to several different dentist, since we live pretty far now, all of which said we needed braces or that we had cavities. Dr. Johnstone is the only dentist our family trust. Thank you for all your kindness!
