The best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office! The staff was beyond friendly and made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and welcome. I have had so many negative experiences at dentist's offices before where the staff was very condescending and demeaning. Dr. Milani was so gentle and constantly worried about my well-being, and treated me like a human being rather than another check off of his to-do list. It really was refreshing to receive such thoughtful care from all of the staff. It makes me actually want to keep up with my hygiene and come back on time for once! Easiest cleaning I have ever had!
The staff there is super friendly and Dr. Lee took the time to explain what was going on in my mouth and the next steps i needed to take to get it fixed. I am gonna recommend all of my family and friends to them! They are just awesome!
Just got my teeth cleaned by Dr. Lee today :) she was very gentle and it didn't hurt despite the fact that my gums are very sensitive. The staff were very friendly and polite. The waiting area is very cute and comfy with lots of books to read, especially would be fun for kids. The facility is clean and looks newly remodeled and the things they use seem to be high quality, even though the prices for treatments are reasonable. They play calming music to take your mind off the whirring sounds. There's plenty of parking. Hardly had to wait to be seen and we started right on time. Came here twice before, once for another teeth cleaning and once to get a customized night guard. Dr. Milani was also wonderful. They are a really sweet office and I appreciate their honesty. All other dentists I've been to before would try to push unnecessary treatments on me, but Dr. Lee and Dr. Milani never have.
Dr.Milani is an awesome dentist, him and his whole staff are straight shooters. Dr.Milani made sure through the whole process that I wasn't in pain and comfortable. Super happy with the work and care I received.
