Hands down the best pediatric dentistry ever! It's like going to the dentist at a whole other level! The service is exceptional and Dr. Courtney is the sweetest dentist ever! Thank you guys and my daughter Cielo loves you all!
I was very frustrated and had an horrible time with the billing. This office is extremely expensive. When I called to make an appointment for my 4 kids, I asked if they were in my dental insurance network and I was told yes. After my kids were seen for routine cleaning and X-ray, upon check out, I learned that we owe $450 for the visit. I was extremely surprised and told them that my dental insurance cover preventative care at 100%. They took my visa card number down and was told they'll bill my insurance and see what happens. One of my child needed filling on 2 of his teeth. I was given an estimate of $204 and was told that even though out of network my insurance had good coverage for the procedure. I agreed to have the filling done there. One week later, I received an explanation of benefit from my insurance and found out my patient balance of $450 for the visit. I called the office and told them about the confusion since I was told when I made the appointment that they were in network and now we owe a big balance. I was told that the office manager will call me back. I waited a week and didn't receive a call back. I received and email that they charged $300 to my credit card on file. Two weeks later, I received a call from the office manager saying we still have a balance of $590 for the filling. I was very upset, the office manager said she'll look into it to see why there was a big discrepancy between the estimate of $204 which is now $590 after my insurance already made a payment. She called back and gave us a 20% discount because of the big discrepancy and we still owe $480. I called my insurance and was advised to get a confirmation of insurance payment to know the exact amount I'll be paying for any procedure next time. Even though we liked the office, we will not be coming back. What an awful experience and lots of unexpected spending for my family.

Dr. Courtney Alexander is absolutely the best pediatric dentist ever! She is a true professional and performs exceptional pediatric dental work. You will not find anyone with her amazing talent and genuine concern for taking care of children throughout their dental visits. She knows how to make your child feel comfortable and relaxed. She is extremely patient and kind. The moment you meet her you will know that you made the right decision by choosing her as your child's pediatric dentist. My daughter's dental visits were always extremely positive and pleasant. The entire staff is also amazing!
My granddaughter fell in the bath tub and broke her front tooth. She was immediately put in to have it worked on. I was more scared than her.
