NEW UPDATE: This will be looked into and ppl who turned me away could get fired! Policy or not, I also might seek legal help. -STILL IN PAIN, have NO dental insurance like these people claim i do. MY PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN WORSE, with a bump on my gums with pus, painful gums EVERY night! Going to call Better Business Beauro first thing in the AM because these people shouldnt turn away someone with an emergency!) FIRST OF ALL a dental discount card is NOT dental insurance!!! So i dont know why these people turned me away when i need EMERGENCY dental care! They were supposed to refer me to a place where i could get help, but guess what I cant afford them! Any one qualifies for a free dental discount card so then that would mean theyre supposed to be denying everyone in san antonio! Stupid people working here i swear. I will be contacting the main office & the better business beauro
First of all i waited 18 minutes before someone actually took me off hold, so i thought ok in a way maybe its a good sign maybe as their recording says while you are on hold "every call receives time and attention". Bologna i felt rushed off the phone.My mother see's Dr. Guzman and he has done absolutely nothing to help her get better. I feel sorry for all the people who are in pain and are stuck to see this Dr. I did not even want to give one single star based on her experience with this Dr.
I had to reschedule my mothers appointment due an unforeseen surprise from out of state. This is the most rude and unprofessional establishment I have EVER encountered. Joselyn needs retraining in customer service. I do not live in SA but surprised my mom for her Birthday and this clinic held her cancelled appointment against her. I DO NOT recommend this rude clinic to anyone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They do NOT deserve ANY stars. A ministry in what.... RUDENESS????
I like the place! Dr.D and the staff are great. Plus,go out the way to help you!
Went there with my husband for severe tooth pain we waited about an hour he was seen and he got his prescription that same day thanks
