I have been told the doctors just refer to specialist and are quick to run blood work. I tried 3 drs and all the same. They listen but have no solutions. Waste of insurance money
I have been going to the MacGregor Clinic pretty much since it opened. I have had quite a few doctors there from Dr. Beck to Dr.Dunham(I think that was his name) he moved shortly after but was really really fantastic. Anyhow, I have had Dr.Smith for around 7 years now and he is really great. He is very caring and thorough. The only downside like one of the other reviewers mentioned is that even if you make an appointment the wait time is very long. I recently made an appointment and was still in the waiting room over an hour later and had not been seen. By the time the nurse called me in I had to leave because I had to go to work. But, I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Smith is a great Doctor, very smart, nice, funny, and accurate and I trust him and gaining my trust and keeping it is a difficult thing to do :) I give Dr. Smith a 5 star rating because it is not his fault that the waiting time is so long, you have to wait a long time to see any of the doctors, they MacGregor Clinic does need to improve on that.
